Why would I need insurance on such a small paint repair kit. This is an obvious scam

I had high hopes for TouchUpDirect, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. First and foremost, their customer service is virtually non-existent.
Kathleen, at TouchUpDirect, is the best at giving you the runaround and never handling the issue at hand. I reached out for assistance regarding a color mismatch, and it took ages to receive a response from Kathleen, only to be met with vague answers and she gave me the runaround which didnt solve my problem. Kathleen, finally told me a replacement order would be mailed out to me. Later to discover the item was in fact never mailed.
When I inquired about the delay with the replacement order only to be met with further B.S.
To make matters worse, the color I originally received when the order was placed was not even close to what was advertised. Its infuriating to pay for a product that doesnt match your vehicle at all. It's a waste of money and time!
Moreover, their their Color Match Guarantee is nothing but a gimmick. When I tried to inquire about a refund or exchange due to the incorrect color, I was met with silence and red tape, leaving me feeling cheated.
It's clear they have no intention of honoring their warranty promises.
In summary, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Touch Up Direct.
You will regret it if you decide to purchase from them. Save your money and look for a more reliable alternative.

Horrible company to deal with
Got my touch up kit and color was way off. When I told them they said to send a picture for their engineers could look at it.
So far have sent in 5 pictures all to their dissatisfaction. To much glare painted wrong part of test paper blurry picture etc. These people blame their customers for their short callings. It is all a big run around.
I would not recommend to anyone.
I wouldnt even use their product to touch up a trash can. Horrible

The match for my "Bright Red" 1988 'Vette was perfect. I followed their instructions and it turned out fantastic! I'm sold on TUD!
I just want to say that this product is amazing! The attached photos show how it looked before, and how it looks now, after using TouchUp Direct. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Paint was horrible!
The spray paint sent was horrible! I got it to make it easier and faster for the guys that were going to install it.
They also said they would paint it (yes, they are experienced in painting cars) but it came out clumpy!
Sent photos, which they agreed was the issue, but they want their paint back!! So, lets inconvenient the customer again!!Just go to

Resolved: Very dissatisfied
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They emailed me after my complaint to inform me that they will honor their paint match guarantee and sent me the link to file my claim for a replacement.
After filing my complaint and some additional consideration, TUD reached out to me and agreed to honor their paint match guarantee. I have not completed the process but am pleased that I do have the opportunity as I would rather have paint that matched than my money back.
I purchased touch up paint from TUD and the color was not even close to the original color. It was closer to a neon green than the dark emerald it was supposed to be.
Unfortunately, it had been over 45 days since my purchase, so TUD wouldn't honor their match guarantee.
There is no way that waiting more than 45 days changed the color of the paint to something brighter. It is simply a bad mix, but they care more about the 45 days than the quality of their product.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company. The color was so far off, they clearly don't know what they are doing. If you are brave enough to try them, make sure you test it immediately.

Where is my order
Not pissed just upset, paid the extra money (20 some dollars) to have it shipped in 2 to 7 days ordered on 8/22 and the representative said it will arrive on 8/30 Not great at math but I believe that's 8 days.
Hopefully it shows up on Wednesday. Have a nice day.

Paint cracks
The paint matched great the clear coat that they recommend is is horrible. 2 months after completing my paint and clear coat, it started cracking.
Reached out to customer service and they have no interest is making it right. Go with a better company that have quality product that lasts and care about customers.

Paint for touch up was wrong color!
I spent $33.00 and was sent 2 paint pens of wrong color paint for my 2013 Nissan Juke! Im having trouble finding a site to return this paint also.
